Orders will be accepted only in the name of one person, who will be responsible for the prompt payment of the account.
No work commissioned, will commence until either the booking fee or required deposit is paid in full.
All negatives, proofs and original images remain the property of Smiles Portrait & Wedding Photography.
All finished prints, mounts and frames remain the property of Smiles Portrait & Wedding Photography until paid for in full.
Smiles Portrait & Wedding Photography retain the copyright of all photographs, negatives, digital images and designs in accordance with the Designs, Patents and Copyright Act 1988.
Smiles Portrait & Wedding Photography may use images taken for publicity displays unless otherwise agreed that this is against your wishes.
We will endeavor, at all times, to take all possible care and attention in relation to the work commissioned, but no responsibility can be accepted for faulty materials, loss or damage to films/image storage due to unforeseen circumstances.
A non-returnable booking fee of £50 is payable at the time of booking.
The balance is payable, in full, two weeks prior to the wedding.
All bookings will be confirmed in writing.
